Over 75 parking spaces are available to hotel residents.

All public areas are monitored by CCTV. The team are happy to help guide guests to this.

Check-in / Check-out Time

Check-in is from 3.00 pm onwards, Check-out by 11.00 am on the day of departure. If you require an early check in or late check-out, please let us know, we charge an additional £15.00 per hour.

Contacting Reception

To contact reception you can call the hotels number at 0145 461 3206 or visit reception to speak to one of our friendly and efficient Guest Services Team. Our bedrooms are not equipped with telephones.

Do Not Disturb

If you do not wish to be disturbed, please hang the Do Not Disturb hanger outside of your door.

Housekeeping

Bedrooms will be serviced every day during your stay with us. Additional bedroom supplies can be requested from reception at any time if required. As part of our green initiative, we ask guests to consider if they wish for their room to be serviced or not. If you do not wish for your bedroom to be serviced, please place the do not disturb sign on the outside of your door.

Internet & Wifi

Complimentary wifi is provided in all rooms. To connect to our Wi-Fi please select The free wifi, your device will be taken to a sign in page, once the terms and conditions have been accepted it will ask for your name and email; access to the Wi-Fi is then granted.

Iron & Ironing Board

An Iron and Ironing Board are available in all rooms for your convenience.

We do not normally offer guest laundry services, however we will endeavour to assist by speaking to Reception.

EMERGENCY SERVICES

Emergencies

Should you have or discover an emergency, please contact Reception immediately.

Emergency Evacuation

We have taken every precaution to ensure your safety and comfort whilst within the hotel. Please familiarise yourself with the fire evacuation instructions, including directions to your nearest emergency exit, displayed on the back of your bedroom door. In the event of the fire alarms being activated, please leave the building by the nearest escape route.

There is an assembly point at the end of the car park.

• Do not stop to collect personal belongings.

If you discover a fire, please activate the nearest break glass fire alarm point.

Assisted Evacuation

Should you anticipate requiring assistance in the event of an emergency evacuation, please contact Reception who will provide further information.

Emergency Lighting

In the event of a power failure, emergency lighting will come on throughout the building.

Fire Alarms

We test our fire alarms at 11 am every Monday.

Should the siren however continue to sound, please make your way to the nearest exit and proceed to the assembly point in the car park.
